Learn how to make Scrumptious 'Kheema Pav' or 'Chicken Kheema Bun' with our chef Deepu in Desi Videsi.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 250 gms Minced Chicken <br />- Charcoal<br />- Coriander Seeds Powder<br />- Cumin Seeds Powder(roasted)<br />- Garam Masala<br />- Red Chilli Powder<br />- Degi Red Chilli Powder<br />- 3 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- 3 tbsp Brown Onion Paste<br />- Salt<br />- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)<br />- 1 Bay Leaf<br />- Ghee<br />- Ghee (to fry kheema) <br />- 3 tbsp Wheat Flour<br />- Water<br />- Buns<br />- Mint Leaves(chopped)<br />- Coriander Leaves<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Burn a piece of Charcoal at the start<br />2. Now, take the minced chicken and add coriander seeds powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, degi red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, brown onion paste, salt, chopped green chill and mix it well <br />3. Once mixed, make a space in the center of the bowl, and place the hot charcoal in the middle<br />4. Add bay leaf and ghee over the charcoal; cover it and leave it for around 2 hours<br />5. Once smoked, uncover it, and now take a separate wok; add ghee to it along with the smoked kheema<br />6. Now, mix it and saute it for around 5 minutes <br />7. Add wheat flour to it; mix it again and add some water to it<br />8. Turn the flame to low; close the wok with the lid and keep it for around 12-15 minutes <br />9. Now, take a bun and remove the upper part of it <br />10. Add some finely chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves to the kheema mix <br />11. Now stuff the kheema inside the bun <br /><br />
